Welcome to LansonAI! This guide will help you create your account and start using our audio transcription service.

Creating Your Account

1. Visit the Sign Up Page - Go to [app.lansonai.com/signup](https://app.lansonai.com/signup) - Or click the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar

2. Enter Your Email - Provide a valid email address - This will be used for account verification and notifications

3. Create a Password - Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters) - Include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters

4. Verify Your Email - Check your inbox for a verification email - Click the verification link to activate your account - If you don't see the email, check your spam folder

Logging In

1. Go to the Login Page - Visit [app.lansonai.com/login](https://app.lansonai.com/login) - Or click "Login" in the navigation bar

2. Enter Your Credentials - Email address - Password

3. Access Your Dashboard - After successful login, you'll be redirected to your dashboard - Here you can upload files, start transcriptions, and manage your account

Troubleshooting

Forgot Password?

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page

Enter your email address

Follow the instructions in the reset email

Email Not Received?

Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive

Check your spam/junk folder

Ensure you entered the correct email address

Contact support if the issue persists
